Want to exchange or return your order?
Skip the post office queue and save with a $12.5 flat fee shipping label for exchange orders.

To expedite the process, please ensure that you put your original order number and a brief message about the exchange or return in the Notes section at checkout (this is optional but helpful).

The return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours - print at home or show the email at an Australia Post outlet near you.
